Pretentious
The best part of this week is going to be how it will end (if nothing goes wrong). Hooray!

At the Risk Of
"At the risk of sounding like an asshole" is one of those things that people say that are like "well let me just play devil's advocate for a second." It's just a nice way for someone to segue into saying a thing that is gonna piss you off.

Cooking for Assholes
We've dealt with the issues of cooking and chicken butt nuts before on Overcompensating! It's been over five years since the Cooking comic and I think I cook even worse now. I've learned absolutely nothing. I have tasted many different things though! But cooking, man. That's crazy person business.

Thanks everyone for befriending me on the facebook yesterday, now you have front row seats to a man's reckless spiral into the darkness.

The Facebook
Yeah I'm on the Facebook and I'll be your friend as long as I don't actually know you. I don't care. I've been trying to figure out what its purpose is for a while but I think basically what it comes down to is when you're over 25 or so, The Facebook is just a machine that spits out reasons why you shouldn't ever go home.

Also did you know that "The Facebook" is what it was originally called? Look it up. You won't; you don't care. I got my facebook hooked up to my twitter and it's entirely stupid how many times I've said "you know you can hook up your twitter to your facebook" in the last year.
